A 13-year-old girl in Bokaro district, india was raped on the alleged orders of a local community head as a punishment for her brother's alleged attempt to molest a woman. Ghosal Pasi, head of the Pasi community in Gomia block of the district, allegedly ordered his son in-law Nakabandi Pasi to rape the minor after he was told that her brother had molested Nakabandi's wife.
