"LIFE-CHANGING DOSE"

Former stuntman, John Jackson, who broke his back on the job, says Dr. Julio Diaz gave him his life back with the narcotics he prescribed to help relieve Jackson’s almost constant pain. Jackson was prescribed thousands of dollars worth of prescription medications a month including Fentanyl, a potent narcotic exponentially more powerful than morphine. According to court records, for years physicians in the community and parents of patients hooked on pills complained to the Medical Board of California that Diaz was recklessly prescribing drugs. But Diaz continued to practice till earlier this year saying he took precautions such as requiring patients to sign contracts promising not to overuse painkillers and dismissed patients he believed were addicts.
