"A Year at War"
Almost immediately after Alpha Company, 3rd Platoon began their patrol in Naghma Bazaar, they found themselves under attack. Visibly shaken, PFC Ryan Douglas had to be told repeatedly by his squad leader to keep pushing forward and to provide covering fire as the platoon bounded on insurgent positions.
